Jaite to Boston via Buckeye Trail (Hard) / Green Valley Brewing

Details
You know how I joke this group is about taking the hard way whenever possible? Well, this time I mean it! 🤣 For this event, the goal is a "hard" rated All Trails hike. All through there aren't many of them in the Cleveland area, this one is a gem. The whole route is about 11 miles long with 1500 feet of elevation on All Trails, so brace yourself! (it is an out and back, so we have the option of cutting it short, but I want to at least hit Blue Hen Falls, which I estimate is about 9 miles round trip).
We will start near the the Jaite Mill Historic District and make our way to the Boston Mill Visitor Center via the Buckeye, passing Blue Hen Falls and enjoying beautiful forest and creek views on the way. We will return the same way we came. The Jaite to Boston Via Buckeye Trail is close to the route I intend but NOTE we will start at a different parking lot from the location indicated on the All Trails page.
Pack a lunch! there will be food at the brewery, but this hike will be long enough that having some food midway will be beneficial.
Afterwards, we'll head to Green Valley Brewing Company (53 Milford Dr
Hudson, OH 44236) for some much needed after hike refreshment! Green Valley has a nice beer selection, great pizza, and decent outdoor space as well. I would normally say bring your appetite, but I don't think I need to after this hike!
