Salt Run, Kendall Lake and Cross Country Trails /

For this hike, we'll explore the Salt Run, Kendall Lake, and Cross Country trail loops at Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Afterwards, we'll head to Green Valley Brewing.
The Salt Run, Kendall Lake and Cross Country Trails loop is a 6.7 mile moderate rated trail with 682 feet of elevation gain. It features varying terrain, being mostly flat around the lake, with a few hills on the cross country trail and more stairs and inclines on the Salt Run portion of the trial.
Green Valley Brewing (53 Milford Dr Hudson, OH 44236) has a good beer selection and great thin crust style, and is really becoming an anchor for many hikes that we do in this part of the CVNP.
