About us

For those who want to have a different hiking experience with breaks to pause and connect with nature and ourselves– this group may be for you.  What better way to hike, enjoy nature, be present, and maybe even delight in feelings of appreciation?

Our hikes are intermediate about 2.5+ miles and include hills with stops to pause and practice mindfulness.  The group hike is limited to 15 participants, bring water/beverage and wear hiking shoes. 

I started this group because I am looking to pause and appreciate the present moment on a more regular basis. My passion is to find like-minded people who are interested in the same. I have a background in organizational development consulting (28 years) with a master’s in counseling.
