Day Trip to Gettysburg

Hi All,

Let's spend some time exploring Gettysburg before checking out some of the local breweries.

• Civil War History is not my thing so I will take any and all suggestions from our history buffs on the sights you'd like to see since we will not be able to get to it all. Feel free to put your suggestions in the chat!
• Sorry, this event is not dog friendly :(
• Feel free to carpool!
• Normal walking shoes work just fine.
• If it shows a good chance of rain I will reschedule.

9AM: Meet outside of Visitor's Center (yes it's early but we have lots to see!)
9:30AM - 12PM: Explore the Billy Yank Trail - if you're looking at AllTrails it will be the right side closest to Visitor Center. We will follow the trail out and then take the shortcut on the way back and will try to make it to Big Round Top if we can!
12PM: Head to Fourscore Beer Company
2PM - Whenever: Pick your own journey! A group of us will head back to explore more of Gettysburg and some of us will hang back and explore the breweries/downtown area.
