Tentative Schedule: July 22 to July 28, 2017 (7 days and 6 nights). The trip will cover Mt. Rainier, Olympic National Parks and Seattle. Continuing on to Oregon trip (https://www.meetup.com/HikingOC/events/237056629/).

Lodging: 3 nights in Mt. Rainier NP, 2-3 nights in Olympic NP, 1 night in Seattle

ADVANCE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION:

***Plan your own and only join us to hike, $100 (non-refundable consulting fee). Contact the host directly for more info.

  1. Advance Deposit due by Feb 20, 2017. (Add 10% to deposit amount if send by Mar 31, 2017)

***3 nights lodging: $300 (non-refundable deposit)

***6 nights lodging: $550 (non-refundable deposit)

  1. The following policies apply when making a cancellation:

***After putting down deposit, it is non-refundable

***1 week prior to the trip: 100% of the total estimate trip amount is subject to forfeiture

Estimate Cost: $499+ to $999+ double occupancy lodging, transportation, coordinating fee, but excluding airfare and meals.

  1. Airfare: from $200-$250 depends on the time booking and the airline.

  2. Lodging: hotel rooms and/or house: double occupancy (triple or 4 per/room or single occupancy TBD)

  3. Transportation: carpool 3-4 persons on a sedan/SUV 4 doors or 5/6 in a van

  4. Meals/other activities: ($150+ to $250+) depends on your budget.

The following EXCLUDING expenses:

  1. Meals and some park entrance fees.

  2. Optional activities

Activities:

  1. Hiking and Sightseeing. We will walk almost every day from 1 to 10 miles depends on the groups, hiking levels and location.

  2. Boating and Canoeing (If weather permits)

  3. Horseback riding and other activities are also available depending on our groups and time permits.
