ESTIMATE COST, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION OF SERVICES: To be updated, below was last year quote

Plan your own and only join us to hike, $200 ??? TBU (non-refundable coordinating fee). Contact the host directly for more info

1. Advance Deposit due by ??? 2024. (Add 10% to deposit amount if send after and depends on spaces availabilities)
   $500 (non-refundable deposit)
2. The following policies apply when making a cancellation:
   ***After putting down deposit, it is non-refundable
   ***2 weeks prior to the trip: 100% of the total estimate trip amount is subject to forfeiture

> > > Estimate Cost: TBU $699+ double occupancy lodging, transportation, coordinating fee, but excluding airfare and meals.

1. Airfare: from $180-$220 RT depends on the time booking and the airline.
2. Lodging: motel rooms and/or house: double occupancy (triple or 4 per/room or single occupancy TBD) Lodging: 2 nights in Mt. Rainier NP, 2 nights in Olympic NP
3. Transportation: carpool 3-4 persons on a sedan/SUV 4 doors or 5/6 in a van
4. Meals/other activities: ($150+ to $250+) depends on your budget.

The following EXCLUDING expenses:

1. Meals and some park entrance fees.
2. Optional activities
   Allow $200+ (your budget) for meals, optional activities and other expenses/gifts

Activities:

1. Hiking and Sightseeing. We will walk almost every day from 1 to 10 miles depends on the groups, hiking levels and location.
2. Boating and Canoeing (If weather permits)
3. Horseback riding and other activities are also available depending on our groups and time permits.
