Greetings to all! I'm currently a graduate student in the medical field that's looking for like minded people interested in joining for hill sprints. It's a great way to improve strength and tone of your legs and one heck of a cardiovascular exercise. The best part is that an excellent session only requires 30-45 minutes of time.
