Hillbillies Water Event- Windermere North circular route, about 10 miles.

Meet at Waterhead P&D Car Park, Borrans Road, Ambleside, LA220ES. Car Park fills quickly in good weather so come early. Small number of free parking spots at Pier for very early birds!

Start Time on the water 08:30 am ⏰. Allow good time to park-up, pump-up and launch on the water! 🚣‍♀️

Delightful 10 - 11 miles paddling north Windermere Lake.
Weather dependent event (low wind and good visibility) for paddlers with experience, a suitable Paddle board, Kayak or Canoe and a Life-Jacket or Buoyancy Aid.
Route takes in White Cross Bay, Windermere, Bowness for Cafe or picnic lunch. Return afte Belle Island and Wray Castle cafe stop.
If the weather is bad the event will be cancelled and rescheduled possibly for the following weekend.

Drinks and Food option at the end 😋.
Bring well maintained paddle craft including buoyancy aid, food, water and lots of smiles 😊.
