Hell Gill (Hillbillies Special)

After a recce a few years ago with a v good friend, this has become a highlight of the Hillbillies yearly events, it’s going to be restricted numbers, due the the parking, but also the difficulty and danger of the event 😳 we start off with a pleasant stroll allong the river, then climb a little into the hills, it’s here we meet Hell Gill, which forms part of the border between Cumbria and the Yorkshire dales, we then descend the brook into a deep slot canyon, with plunge pool and very slippery rocks, please only sign up if you are up for the challenge, I can’t take more than 15 on this one, more details to follow ☝️😬
