Hillbillies on the Water - Derwentwater, 10 miles paddling from Keswick.

Meet at Lakeside P&D Car Park, Keswick, CA12 5DG.
P&D fills quickly in good weather so come early.
Launch from the shore at Crow Park
Start Time 08:30 am ⏰. On the water no later than 9.00am! 🚣‍♀️

Delightful 8 - 10 miles on Derwentwater Lake and river Derwent.
Weather dependent event (low wind and good visibility) for paddlers with experience, a suitable Paddle board, Kayak or Canoe and a Life-Jacket or Buoyancy Aid.
Route takes in Ismus Bay, Brandlehow Park and Kettlewell shore for picnic lunch. Return after river Derwent taster, Calfclose Bay and St Herberts Island.
If the weather is bad the event will be cancelled and rescheduled possibly for the following weekend.

Drinks and Food option at the end. 😋.
Bring well maintained paddle craft including buoyancy aid, food, water and lots of smiles 😊.
