Coledale horseshoe (lakes weekend 1)🚶🏻‍♂️🚶🏼‍♀️

The first of the lakes weekends 2026, I’ll be planning a few lakes weekends, all will have pretty big Saturday walks, followed on the Sunday by an easier walk.
The Coledale Horseshoe is tough but spectacular and rewarding, it’s within the capabilities of most Hillbillies, but keep up your fitness for this one ☝️
13 miles 4500ft 😅
I’m stopping fri/sat nights at Castlerigg farm campsite, so anywhere around there is good 👍
