This one’s a new one to Hillbillies but it’s a great find, approximately 10 ½ miles circular route.
Located just off the M6 it’s easily visible from the motorway but there’s so much more to see once you’re up there.
There’s a vast limestone pavement area classed as a site of special scientific interest and great views to all points of the compass.
Car park is Dalton Crags car park, Carnforth, no postcode available yet. No charge for the car park, no toilets either. There’s not masses of spaces so I’d suggest car sharing.
