Pilates mat class ending with a homemade Chai Masala tasting.

NB:
- Bring your own mat or towel, (mats are not provided)
- 50 min mat class taught in English by a certified mat instructor, instructor not to be held liable for improper movement during the practice hour.
- Food allergy: Chai Masala contains black tea (caffeine) and cowmilk
