Welcome to the Hindi Speaking Society Meetup Group!

Thank you for your interest in joining this group. Whether you grew up speaking Hindi at home or you're just starting out, you're welcome here. We hope you'll make lasting "dosti" (दोस्ती) and become part of our "parivaar" (परिवार).

Open to everyone: families with kids, elders, and singles (singles must be 18+). Come on your own or bring the whole family.

How it works: We usually start with lunch or dinner together, then continue with an activity later in the day. That might be a park nearby for the kids, or something else. Details for each event are shared in the event listing, so please check it before you come. You're welcome to join for the meal, the activity, or both, and to come and leave at any time.

Introduce yourself when you arrive. If you arrive late, don't worry. Just check the event page or message the group to find out where everyone is sitting.

Our group includes native speakers from many regions and Hindi learners at every level. If you aren't fluent, "koi baat nahi" (कोई बात नहीं). Our members are friendly, helpful, and patient. It's also a great chance for children to hear and practice Hindi and make friends.

Because this is a group meetup, "the organizers" may not attend every session. We still want you to have the opportunity to join. Our members will be happy to welcome you and introduce you to the group.
