Danza Azteca en Peralta Hacienda Historical Park

Hispanohablantes! Hace mucho tiempo! Lo siento por el descanso largo entre eventos. Estaba muy ocupado con el trabajo, pero he regresado!

Esta semana vamos a una presentación de Danza Azteca en el Peralta Hacienda Historical Park! La Danza Azteca es una danza tradicional de México. Es un baile espiritual indígena. Una manera de rezar a través canto y baile con ritmos producidos con tambores y los pasos de los bailarines. Nos reuniremos en frente del museo (casa grande de los 1800s) a las 10:30am y luego caminaremos a las mesas de picnic detras de la jaula de la valla de arte para placticar antes de la presentación. La danza dura 4 horas, pero bienvenidos a salir cuando quieran. Elegi una hora de comienzo temprano porque no se que lleno sera.

This week we are going to a performance of Aztec dance at Peralta Hacienda Historical Park! Aztec dance is a traditional dance from Mexico. It's an indigenous spiritual dance. A way of praying through singing and dance with rhythms produced by drums and the steps of the dancers. We will meet in front of the museum (big house from the 1800s) at 10:30am and then walk to the picnic tables behind the fence cage used for art (not sure what to call it, but it's a fenced in room where kids normally do art) to chat before the performance. The dance lasts 4 hours, but you are welcome to leave when you would like. I chose an early start time because I dont know how crowded it will get.
