Hike to Concise and medieval fair
Details
Hello,
Let’s meet Saturday 2nd of May for a hike along the Lac de Neuchatel!
This will follow by and large the shore of the lake, starting from the town of Gorgier-St-Aubin. Then on the the village of Vaumarcus with a beautiful castle overlooking the area, and then on to the village of Concise. They are hosting a medieval themed fair that weekend, with people in historical dress, a food and artisan market, music and various attractions.
You can find out more about the event on:

Let’s meet at Gorgier-St-Aubin station at 10:20. I’ll be leaving from the Geneva station on the 09:05 arriving at 10:17 via Renens and Yverdon, if you want to join me before.. It’s about 3 hours walk, so we should arrive at the fair between 14:00 and 15:00. Concise has a train station with frequent connections.
As usual please come prepared for changes in weather anyway and with water, snacks, etc,. The hike will go ahead if we’re at least 4 participants, I might save it for another occasion if there are not many takers this time. I am not a professional guide and decline responsibility for any incident.
