Lac de Neuchatel and Yverdon Castle
Details
Hello!
Next hike is Saturday the 31st. We’ll meet at the village of Yvonand and hike along the shore of the Lac de Neuchatel. It should be a nice, flat hike along forests, beaches and conservation areas. We’ll then arrive at the town of Yverdon, that has a picturesque city centre and a large castle to visit, that hosts the regional history museum. That weekend, they also have a local artisan market. You can read more on this on:

Let’s meet at the village of Yvonand train station at 11:15. I’ll be on the Geneva train leaving at 10:05, changing at Renens and Yverdon and arriving at 11:10. The hike should be three hours and a half, with breaks we should be at Yverdon around 3 to 3:30 for seeing the town and museum. We'll probably be finished around 5.
As usual please come prepared for changes in weather anyway and with water, snacks, etc,. Please use the chat function on the event page for on-the-day updates and if you need to get in touch.
I am not a professional guide and decline responsibility for any incident.
