Join "HIVE agent" for Boats ’n Pros, a waterfront happy hour networking event for Richmond-area real estate professionals, investors, salespeople, business owners, vendors, contractors, and anyone looking to connect with ambitious, like-minded people.

We’ll be gathering at Island Shrimp Co. at Rocketts Landing, overlooking the James River, the Richmond city skyline, and some of the best waterfront views in town. Come enjoy great conversation, golden hour views, happy hour food and drink specials, and a relaxed environment designed to help you meet new people and grow your network.

Island Shrimp Co. offers excellent happy hour specials, including $3 pints, and the first 25 guests will receive a free pint of beer on the house. We’ll have our own reserved section where you can eat, drink, mingle, and connect with other local professionals.

This event is all about building relationships, sharing ideas, and having high-level conversations about business, real estate, investing, sales, goals, and growth. Whether you’re looking to meet potential referral partners, connect with other entrepreneurs, or simply enjoy a great evening by the river, this is the perfect chance to grow with the HIVE.

A select group of HIVE Pros will also have the opportunity to join a pregame boat ride from 2:00–4:00 PM, and another group will be invited to an afterparty sunset cruise from 6:00–8:00 PM.
Boat ride spots are limited to 10 people per trip, which is 20 people total, so please message Branden Beasley directly if you would like to reserve a spot for either the pregame cruise or the afterparty sunset cruise.
