Drama! Drama! Have you ever wondered why people are behaving in a certain way, and how situations escalate. Learn about recurring patterns of behaviour including the persecutor, the rescuer and the victim and identify strategies for change.

Philip Atkinson and Rachael Waldinger are both ICF Accredited coaches.

They partner with the Academy of Executive Coaching, AoEC, to deliver ICF accredited coaching programs in Switzerland tailored for leaders wanting to become independent coaches or to use coaching skills in their workplace.

The next program starts in Zurich in August. We're forming a perfect group of learners now.
