The Impact Regeneration Game
Sustainability, regeneration, and long-term value creation are topics that increasingly shape the way organizations, leaders, and societies think about the future. Many of the challenges we face today can feel large, complex, and difficult to influence. Yet long-term change is often shaped by small, everyday choices — in how we work, how we lead, and how we influence the people around us.
The Impact Regeneration Game explores the role each of us can play in creating positive impact — not only through environmental action, but also through the way we work, lead, collaborate, and contribute to long-term value creation for people, organisations, and society. Building on important efforts such as net zero, the session also invites us to explore the broader conditions that support sustainable outcomes for both planet and people.
This is particularly relevant for leaders and managers. The way results are achieved matters just as much as the results themselves.
Everyday decisions and behaviours can either create hidden debt for the future — in engagement, resilience, wellbeing, and trust — or help build the conditions for lasting success. As leaders, the way we show up every day shapes not only performance, but also the experience, energy, and wellbeing of the people around us.
This session invites us to reflect on our sphere of influence, sharpen our judgment, and explore practical ways to create positive impact — considering how small, everyday choices can contribute to more sustainable outcomes over time and better outcomes for everyone. In an engaging, high-energy conversation, we will explore:
the daily choices we make as CEOs of our own lives
where we have influence — within our teams, organisations, and communities — and how we choose to use it
what practical actions each of us can take, and wants to take, to contribute to long-term positive impact
The session will be facilitated by Andy Dickson, Head of Customer Solutions at Impact, who developed the game as an experiential and interactive way to help people explore complex challenges through discussion, reflection, and practical decision-making. Impact International is a global leader in experiential learning solutions, with the purpose of liberating human potential so that, together, we can solve the complex problems that challenge humanity.
