This is in an IN PERSON event at LaunchLabs in Basel.
We will focus on Team Coach theory and practice - with Dave Kesby, author of the book, 'Extra-Dependent Teams - realising the power of similarity.'
If you're an aspiring team coach, then you'll know how difficult it can be to assess your own performance.
- Was that good team coaching or was I simply team building?
- Am I just facilitating the group, or should I be doing something else as a team coach?
- How do I know that what I am doing is team coaching?!!
Dave Kesby is a PPC level ICF coach who has specialised in team coaching for over 10 years. He is a qualified team coaching supervisor and has designed accredited team coach training. Dave will help us explore the ICF team coaching competencies as a method for appreciating ourselves as team coaches. He will also explore if this is the best or indeed only way of appreciating yourself and your performance as a team coach.
For those who know Dave, you'll know that this will be a thought provoking and fully interactive session - one not to be missed!
We will be meeting IN PERSON at LaunchLabs in Gundeli, Basel.
It's a great venue situated within the beautiful communal area of the Gundeldinger Feld.
