13th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep Beach Cleanup

Join Riverkeeper, Ke Aloha Outrigger, and Hoboken Cove Community Boathouse for a cleanup of Hoboken's Maxwell Beach for the 13th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep, a day of service for the Hudson River and its tributaries.

Volunteers will meet in front of the boathouse facing Maxwell Beach. We ask all Sweep volunteers to wear sturdy shoes or boots, clothing that they can get dirty, and bring a hat, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and snacks. Work or garden gloves are also very helpful. This site is suitable for elementary-aged children with proper adult supervision.
