Volunteers help run a little pop up SUP embayment

HCCB is completely volunteer run. Our guides generously take time out of their busy schedules to run trips and trainings. If you RSVP yes, please consider this a commitment to attend. If you cancel or no-show, you take a spot away from someone else. The host keeps the right to temporarily or permanently ban you from all their meetups if you cancel within 8 hours or are a no show.

Volunteers help run a little pop up SUP embayment

Super easy volunteer day, you'll spend most of the time just relaxing on the water.

Pop up SUP embayment. No set up of desk or tent. We'll have two groups of 5 people with reservations. No walk ups.

Help getting the SUPs and paddles out, greet the public, help them with a life jacket. Then get on the water and SUP/Kayak with them.

PREREQUISITES TO RSVP

1. Volunteered at least once in 2025 with our boathouse
   AND
2. Attended at least 1 training in 2025 with our boathouse

COME PREPARED

• Quick drying clothes
• Towel
• Change of clothes
• Sunscreen, hat
• Water in a reusable bottle

TIMELINE
11:30 - Meet at HCCB. Prepare equipment.
11:45 AM - Cut off time to arrive
12:00 PM -1st public group arrives
1:15 PM - 1st group finishes and 2nd group arrives
2:30 PM - 2nd group finishes
2:45 PM - Clean and put away equipment
