Advanced Workout Paddle
This is a workout practice for anyone that wants some endurance training. We head north for 45min then turn around. or do some workout laps in the cove next door!
Be on time. Get ready quickly. We will be on the water by 8:15am, off the water by 9:45am.
Prerequisites for all:
*You can prepare all your equipment in 15 minutes with no assistance
*active volunteers who helped us run our public program in 2025 (volunteered > 4 shifts)
*you have an advanced time trial
*you have attended an advance/elite trip in 2025
