Intermediate No Landing Workout Paddle

This is a workout practice for anyone that wants some endurance training. We head north for 2.5mi then turn around.

Be on time. Get ready quickly. We will be on the water by 7:30, off the water by 9am

Prerequisites for all:

*You can prepare all your equipment in 15 minutes with no assistance
*active volunteers who helped us run our public program in 2025 (volunteered > 4 shifts)
*you have an advanced time trial
*you have attended an Intermediate trip in 2025

Timeline

  • 7:00am meet at HCCB
  • 7:15am cut off to arrive
  • 7:30am start trip north (strong ebb)
  • 8:30am turn around
  • 9:00am land at HCCB
  • 9:15am clean up
