Advanced Workout Paddle

This is a workout practice for anyone that wants some endurance training. We head north/south for 45min then turn around.

Be on time. Get ready quickly. We will be on the water by 6:45am, off the water by 7:45am

Prerequisites for all:

*You can prepare all your equipment in 15 minutes with no assistance
*active volunteers who helped us run our public program in 2025 (volunteered > 4 shifts)
*you have an advanced time trial
*you have attended an advance/elite trip in 2025
