Advanced Workout Paddle
This is a workout practice for anyone that wants some endurance training. We head north stop by MKC pick up some friends then head north for 30-45min then turn around and head home. Option to stop at MKC but they currently have no water and no bathrooms.
Be on time. Get ready quickly. We will be on the water by 8:00am
Prerequisites for all:
*You can prepare all your equipment in 15 minutes with no assistance
*active volunteers who helped us run our public program in 2025 (volunteered > 4 shifts)
*you have an advanced time trial
*you have attended an advance/elite trip in 2025
Timeline
7:30am arrive at HCCB
7:45am cut off to arrive
8:00am safety briefing and launch
8:30am meet friends at MKC and head north
9:15 - 9:30am turn around (where ever we are)
10:00am drop friends off at MKC
10:30am return to HCCB
11:00am cleanup and trips ends
