Intermediate Run & Paddle
This is a workout practice for anyone that wants some endurance training. We will be bringing our sit on tops back to the boathouse!
Be on time. Get ready quickly. We will be running to the container in Weehawken Cove and paddling sit on tops back to the boathouse.
Prerequisites for all:
- feel comfortable in a SOT fighting current up to 2kts
- feel comfortable running half a mile at a time
- have attended and felt comfortable in an intermediate trip in 2025
- volunteered at least four shifts in the 2025 season
- Bring sneakers and water shoes!
