Advanced Workout Paddle
This is a workout practice for anyone that wants some endurance training. We head south/north for 1.5hrs of paddling and hold at least a 4mph pace. The purpose is to endurance train for competitions coming up!

Be on time. Get ready quickly. We will be on the water by 8:30am, off the water by 10am.

Prerequisites for all:

  • You can prepare all your equipment in 15 minutes with no assistance
  • active volunteers who helped us run our public program in 2025 (volunteered > 4 shifts)
  • you have an advanced time trial
  • you have attended an advance/elite trip in 2025
