As a Transformational Life Coach, I will share my expertise on topics such as self-care, stress management, emotional agility, mindfulness, and more—all while enjoying a walk through the beautiful Phoenix Park.
It is now widely acknowledged that a connection to the natural world enhances our physical and psychological well-being. We will end our walk with coffee and some lighthearted chat.
Please meet at the car park of the visitors' centre at least 5 minutes before the start time.
Don’t forget to bring water and weather-appropriate attire. Get in touch if you have any questions. There are limited spaces, so be sure to book your spot.
