About us
Yes, we've changed our name from "Simplified Holistic Living" to "Holistic Journeys Collective" to better reflect where we are today and as we journey through these times with you.
Practical, joyful, and healthy living begins with ease, not effort. By embracing a lighthearted perspective, we open the door to holistic transformation and empowered living.
At Holistic Journeys Collective, we are excited to offer a variety of activities and resources that bring together like-minded individuals to build a community rooted in curiosity, gentleness, acceptance, openness, and awareness.
Our meetups include practices such as yin, yang, and Kundalini yoga; meditation; mindfulness; healing drum circles; powerful breath and energy work; EFT (Tapping); book discussions; essential oils; chanting; and more!
Join us as we explore transformative, practical practices that inspire an awakened and empowered lifestyle. We look forward to journeying with you!
Have an activity suggestion or want to connect? We’d love to hear from you! We’re always open to exploring new ideas and practices that resonate with our community. Feeling scattered, overstimulated, pulled in too many directions, or simply a little disconnected from yourself?
This 75-minute Zoom class is designed to help you slow things down, reconnect with your body, and return to a more grounded and centered place within yourself.
What to expect:
- A brief introduction and orientation to the practice
- ~15 minutes of light, accessible yoga stretches to help settle the body and bring attention into the present moment. The movement portion can be done on a yoga mat or adapted to a chair, depending on what feels best for your body.
- ~30 minutes of guided centering and grounding meditation, with time to experience the practice and learn how to use it on your own. The meditation will use breath, visualization, attention, and simple hand mudras (gestures) to help release what feels distracting or disruptive and gather your attention and energy back to yourself.
- ~15 minutes to notice what shifted, talk about ways to adapt the practice for everyday use, and answer questions.
For the yoga portion, please have a yoga mat or blanket available. For the meditation, you’ll want to be able to sit comfortably on your mat or blanket for about 30 minutes in Easy Pose or a modified Easy Pose. If sitting on the floor, have additional blankets, a bolster, or cushion available, ideally allowing your hips to rest a little higher than your knees, and/or yoga blocks to support the outer thighs. Having the hips slightly above the knees can do wonders for making a longer seated practice more comfortable and doable.
You do not need to be particularly visual to work with these practices. Some people experience imagery clearly, while others notice sensations, feelings, impressions, words, or simply a subtle shift in awareness. There is no right way to experience it.
Some experience with yoga or meditation is always helpful, but it is not required. This class is beginner-friendly, and options will be offered so you can work with the movement and meditation in a way that feels accessible to you.
This is a live, interactive, cameras-on Zoom class. The class is live online only and will not be recorded. No recording or replay will be provided. A short cue card for repeating the practice will be shared with all attendees.

About Stephanie
Stephanie is a longtime yoga practitioner and teacher whose work brings together Hatha/Vinyasa, Yin, and Kundalini Yoga & Meditation into a grounded, centered, and nourishing practice and teaching style. She incorporates intuition, Reiki, other energy practices, and lessons drawn from the rhythms of the sun, moon, and elements. A particular focus is helping people become more aware of their own energy, trust what they notice, develop simple practices for everyday life, and recover from scatter by reconnecting with their own inner rhythm.
Her teaching style is grounded, centered, curious, embodied, and experiential. Rather than asking students to experience a practice in one particular way, she encourages them to notice what is actually available to them and work from there.
Through Feel Good Yoga & Meditation, Stephanie offers accessible practices designed to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop tools they can return to beyond the class itself.
Stephanie completed her 200-hour Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training at The Yoga Loft of Bethlehem in 2011. She completed KRI Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Level 1 in 2015 and all five Level 2 modules between 2016–2021 through Khalsa Healing Arts Center in Yardley, Pennsylvania. In 2025, she completed an additional 200-hour Kundalini Yoga & Meditation training with Brett Larkin as Yoga Alliance continuing education to modernize and refresh her practice and teaching, followed by a 300-hour Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training with Brett Larkin in 2026.
