Join us each month for a grounding and supportive yoga circle designed to nurture your body and mind. Every session begins with a guest speaker offering guidance, tools, or insights to help you navigate life with more balance and ease.
This month, energy healer and therapist Jenna Galligani will share simple, practical energy-healing techniques to support you during challenging times. Afterward, Deanna will guide you through gentle, restorative yoga, combining supportive poses, calming breathwork, and meditation to help you release tension and reconnect with yourself.
What to Bring:
- Yoga bolster or two firm pillows
- Yoga blanket or other non-slippery blanket
- Two yoga blocks (extras available if needed)
Livestream and recordings are available for anyone who prefers to join from home. Open to all levels — no prior yoga experience required.
