Poetry Month & Earth Day Journalling Session
Details
Chilled safe space where I’ll provide prompts to inspire our writing. We'll read a poem through as a group, then participants can chose a phrase / line to use as their personal prompt for journalling. Participants will have an opportunity to share something they write.
For adults who enjoy playing with words, would like to try a new writing method, or wish to vibe with poetry & Mother Earth.
Knowledge of poetry, ability to write well and a desire to share what you write are not required!
This style of workshop is based on my experiences with Kay Underdown (UK author), and Poetic Medicine (UCSF).
Earth Day is April 22nd, this years theme is 'Our Power, Our Planet'. For more info see https://www.earthday.org/earth-day-2026/
This event is free. Voluntary contributions or skill swap offers are a welcome way to show your gratitude.
