Our Purpose
This group is for anyone looking to connect with like-minded individuals on a journey to manage chronic illnesses naturally.
I've spent over 30 years striving to stay as medication-free as possible while living with a chronic autoimmune condition. Inspired by Dr. Jon Kaiser's words, "Healing does not take place in a bottle," I believe in the power of holistic wellness.
Our Goal
Our mission is to provide peer support and education to prevent, delay, and manage chronic illness. We aim to improve health and quality of life by focusing on:
