Hol Self Wellness is a group that recognize and prioritize psychological safety alongside physical wellness in this post pandemic era. Organized by licensed professional counselor, D'Angelo Taylor (@taylorfamousq) and certified wellness practitioner, LaBarron Burwell (@lbthegreat), this group provides curated wellness activities in our communities that help add value to your life. This group also helps with prioritizing yourself, improving relationships, allowing you to de-stress, and make personal lifestyle changes that stick. Our featured event, "Virtual Walk and Talks" will help you gain a greater sense of self and confidence as you engage in our weekly discussions.
