About us
Ever feel like you are "running to stand still", having to "grin and bear it" through life? Want more of a sense of calm, serenity, and safety within your own mind and body? if you can't find that space outside you, there is a place within, I call it "home." We support each other and use breath, stretching, mantra, and meditation inspired by recovery and kundalini yoga to build and strengthen a sense of "home within” each of us.
