For most of my life, I thought I wasn't artistic or creative enough to ever paint.

Earlier this year, during one of Berlin’s long grey winters, I suddenly felt an almost irrational urge to buy oil paint tubes and brushes. Three months later, I somehow ended up making more than 40 paintings.

You can see some of them here:

I now want to open my home for a slow Sunday afternoon of tea, painting, and conversations around objects, materials, craftsmanship, and creativity — especially for anyone who has also quietly wanted to make things without necessarily calling themselves “an artist.”

No painting experience needed — this is not a formal workshop, but more of a relaxed creative gathering. You’re welcome to paint, sketch, observe, chat, or simply spend a quiet Sunday afternoon with us.

What to expect:
✨ Vietnamese tea/coffee & sweet treats
✨ Oil, acrylic, oil pastels, 300g/m2 paper (A4 or A3), printer and transfer paper provided
✨ Fun conversations about craftsmanship, creativity, and culture
