YOUR HOST Chef Jorge Montes (aka Chef Sazon) has shared his love of flavor with South Florida for the past 20 years. He's curated cooking classes for more than a decade at Roho Kitchen and has been part of many successful restaurants in SoFlo. Chef Sazon's Peruvian and Miami roots are part of his passion for cooking and reflected in all of his dishes. He's a classically trained chef with a large resume of recipe creation across all cuisine types...and an even larger repertoire of puns and fun facts : )

Get ready to roll, stuff, and cut your way through an unforgettable evening of hands-on pasta making with Chef Jorge Montes. Whether you’re new to the kitchen or a seasoned home cook, this class is all about learning new techniques, enjoying delicious food, and connecting with fellow pasta lovers. We’ll be making three pasta styles from scratch – each with its own sauce and story:- Orecchiette with broccoli rabe, garlic, and crumbled sausage
Hand-rolled pasta from Puglia that cradles the sauce in every bite. - Ricotta & Spinach Tortellini with saffron cream sauce
A delicate stuffed pasta paired with a silky golden sauce. - Tagliatelle in a fresh tomato butter sauce
Classic long ribbons, hand-cut and tossed in a rich, simple sugo.
