🌰 Chestnut & Ricotta Tortellini with Roasted Garlic Butter
Handmade tortellini filled with roasted chestnuts and creamy ricotta, tossed in a silky roasted garlic and herb butter sauce for an elegant, nutty finish.
🦀 Linguini “Crab-o-nara”
A coastal twist on the Italian classic! Fresh linguini meets lump crab, crispy pancetta, parmesan, and black pepper — topped with lemon zest and chives for a bright holiday sparkle.
🐖 Orecchiette alla Porchetta
Rustic orecchiette pasta tossed with slow-roasted pork, garlic, fennel, and herbs in a white-wine reduction — finished with pecorino and olive oil. It’s comfort food dressed up for the holidays!
