Join us at hōm – Center for Embodied Awareness for a restorative Sound Bath—an immersive experience designed to invite deep rest, quiet the noise of the day, and create space to reconnect with yourself.
Settle in, get comfortable, and allow the resonance of singing bowls and layered sound to wash through the space. There’s nothing to accomplish and nowhere else you need to be. Just listen, breathe, and notice.
