What we’re about
I started this group with the goal of making consistent friendships! The group is an inclusive and welcoming community where friendships can be made for homeschooled kids and parents.
We are hoping to meet other homeschooled friends in the area for outside play.
We will meet usually in the early mornings to play at local playgrounds several times during the week. We will occassionally go on trips to area attractions, such as the Smithsonian and other museums, hiking spots, libraries, etc. if community members would like to together.
Overall, the aim of this group is to meet with friends, have fun, be supportive, and form a friendly local community amongst homeschoolers.
Please note that all attendees under the age of 18 must have a guardian with them during the whole event. Thank you.
