Female Wing Tsun & Taekwondo Class 4/6
Exit A, Hang On Station (brown line), Exit A, Hang On Station, Hong Kong, China, Hong Kong, CNTo empower modern women in terms of physical fitness and self-defence, upon membersā requests, Female Mixed Martial Arts classes mostly based on systems of Wing Tsun (č© ę„) & Taekwondo ļ¼č·ę³éļ¼are held coming weeks.
Out of many martial arts I have studied for over 30 years, Wing Tsun Kuen (č© ę„ę³) can be said the most practical one for females. Itās the only world-renowned Chinese Kung Fu invented by a woman Ng Mui & named after her student Yim Wing Tsun**. This Kung Fu caters for all females. Iāll teach you** how** to āborrow forcesā ** from opponents & defend ourselves naturally.
We need distance control too, some Taekwondo kicks are selected. As a Two-time Taekwondo Open Competition Champion in Hong Kong, Iāll teach you how to do those powerful kicks.
First-time participant please answer all questions posted when you make RSVP.
