The Honolulu Mindfulness Community (HMC) is a group of lay practitioners who follow the Plum Village tradition of Vietnamese Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. Our group is open to those interested in learning the Buddhist practices of sitting, walking and guided meditation.

Our in-person evening begins at 6:30 pm in the 3rd floor meditation hall at Bodhi Tree and finishes by 8 pm. Our tradition is a mindfulness practice, a way to live in harmony with ourselves, each other and the earth. It can help deepen any faith tradition, you do not need to be or become a Buddhist to participate.

There is no charge for this event.
