HooperNATURAL Mixed-Level Hooping Workout

Instructor: Granetta Coleman (founder of HooperNATURAL and Hoopnotica Level 1 & 2 Certified Instructor)

Thursdays from 10am-11am at the Stanton Park (4th and Mass. Ave. NE)

In this one hour class, you can learn the basics of hooping such as waist and hip hooping and moving around in the hoop. We will also advance to trickier moves that give the upper body a workout. You will get a great workout and enjoy the trees and early morning sky. If you are a new mom, you can bring your baby in a stroller to this class.

Level - All levels and beginners welcome. Bring water and your own hoop, but hoops are also provided for use during class.

Drop-in for $15/class. Prepayment required at www.hoopernatural.com.
