What we’re about

This group is a safe place for us to share our experiences with OCD as well as any tools and/or resources that have been helpful along our path toward recovery.

Anyone who has or thinks they may have OCD are welcome to attend.

Together, we can get back the freedom and happiness that OCD has stolen from us!

A little but about me: As a 25 year veteran of OCD and depression, I understand the importance of allowing people who suffer with mental illness to have a safe place to share their experiences with each other.  I currently chair online meetings in Obsessive Compulsive Anonymous as well as sponsor people in that program.  I also provide emotional support to victims of domestic abuse at a local shelter.   I believe that by listening to others, helping others, and sharing my own personal experiences, I can strengthen my own recovery.
