If you're someone struggling to break free from the endless cycle of obsessions and compulsions, this is the workshop for you!
During this interactive zoom workshop, we're going to discuss various strategies for overcoming OCD with an emphasis on setting meaningful, realistic goals to aid your recovery.
The workshop will consist of 3 parts.
1. We'll review case studies of people struggling with various subtypes of OCD and engage in a group discussion of what tips we would give them. The point is to utilize your lived experience with OCD in developing solutions for recovery.
2. We'll discuss various coping strategies for anxiety as well best practices for setting goals and handling setbacks.
3. I will share an OCD first aid kit I created for myself and provide a blank template for everyone to use in creating their own customized first aid kit.
