Energy work and Cosmo FORM

Tired of the monotone of horizonal living? Dive into the precipice of your own being and rise to the heights of your consciousness as we first use basic movements to clear ourselves of stuck energies, then deploy Cosmo FORM, a simple yet transcendental technique to powerfully align the nervous system with the higher frequencies of source.
Ideally, attendees should abstain from psychoactive substances for 24 hours before the event. Participation whilst drugged and/or hungover may attenuate the experience ;-)
If you cannot attend at 7am then stay horizontal in bed and enjoy the comfort of your duvet :)
This will be held outside in a park and no application has been made to Hounslow council for 'event clearance'.
Wear casual clothes that are comfortable to move in and bring water to drink, also minimize jewelry/metallic accessories.
There is no fee for this event.
