The zoom class begins with an introduction, setting the context and tone.
Then we go into movements with breath and awareness.
Please have a chair nearby. Practices and movements are done in a chair then standing.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class time so that we may start on time.
We end the practice with gratitude.
