What we’re about

Join us for an hour of gentle, invigorating energy work and movement to stimulate your meridian lines, lubricate all your joints, center yourself back ‘home’ in your body. Learn some Qi Gong movements along with ancient yoga movements (not postures) with breath to transform stress into vital energy.
These classes are for anyone who wants to experience feeling centered, balanced, relaxed and/or energized and to learn more tools you can use in your daily life.
