Please join us for this free introductory Zoom session on Mindfulness in Motion on Friday, March 21st at 11:30am CST. Come experience it and see if it's a fit for you.

This class focuses on breath with movement to activate our Qi, using QiGong movements as well as some Yogic practices (not postures). It can actually become a moving meditation.

To regulate our nervous system, we start the practice with full body breathing which will begin to put us in the parasympathetic nervous system of rest and digest, rather than the sympathetic nervous system of fight, flight or freeze.

We then progress to gentle and effective movements designed to bring us more into the present moment, lubricate all of our joints and stimulate our organs.

Often the result is one of being relaxed and energized.
